This typography treatment was created to portray the life of a design student - with never ending late nights, urgent deadlines, time table making, no time having with always more to do kind of days…
 
It is called 'A Hard Days Night'  because I was listening to that very song by The Beatles, when I had the idea to try this treatment.
 
I had spent the entire day sketching and at the end of the day when I turned around I had ended up with a pile of color pencil shavings. Rather than throw it out, I decided to try and make type out of the shavings. In typical design student work aesthetic this project was started at 3am and finished the same day at 8 am.
 
I put together a poster, borrowing from the song and decided to call it 'A Hard Days, Harder Night' to represent the 'woes' of being a design student...
